What people are saying

I was skeptical at first, but man, Craig has crafted a really profound app that will help you alter your outlook on things! I started with the "5 Why's" & right as I approached the last question, it hit me… we came full circle & the very thing I wanted in the first place was the same thing at the bottom of it. The this, seriously. You won't regret it!”

What makes Untangle different

Privacy First

No accounts, no data collection, no tracking. Your thoughts stay yours.

No Noise

No streaks, check-ins, mood tracking or other notifications, use the app when you need it.

Multiple Approaches

Anxiety, overwhelm, regret, being stuck: different exercises for different moments.

I built Untangle because I kept finding myself overwhelmed with no clear way through it. Most apps ask you to track your mood and maybe do some meditation, but I needed something that would actually help me think and learn to think differently.

Untangle is built around a simple idea: when you feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed, the right questions can help you see things differently. These exercises won't fix everything, but they help you learn to reframe your thinking over time.

Untangle is something I'm still learning from too. If you have suggestions or ideas, I'd love to hear them.

I really hope this app helps you in the way this helps me.
